Tips for Storage of fresh fruit:
Do not wash until ready to use
Leave stem's on until ready to use
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
Soft fruits (hood strawberries, raspberries) are best if used within 2-3 days of purchase
All other fruit can hold 5+ days
Tips for freezing fruit:
Wash fruit and remove the stems and let dry
Place fruit a on cookie sheet and place in freezer
After fruit becomes frozen, place in a freezer bag
Fruit will last in the freezer for about 1 year
