Berry Butter


1 cup fresh strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 cup butter, softened

In blender, puree berries; press through stainer to remove seeds and skins. In mixer beat butter until fluffy. Add puree berries and syrup. Beat at medium speed for 1 minuter. Let stand in fridge for 30 minutes.
