Crust: 2 cups flour 1 cup butter or margarine 4 tablespoons powdered sugar Filling: 2 packages (3 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened 1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping 1 cup powdered sugar 2 pints fresh strawberries, washed hulled and halved 1 package (16 oz.) prepared strawberry glaze 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Set aside. 2. In medium bowl cut flour, butter, and powdered sugar into coarse crumbs. Place in prepared dish. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool. 3. Mix cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar. Spread over crust and refrigerate until ready to use. 4. Just before serving, spread strawberry glaze over cream cheese layer. Arrange halved strawberries on top. |
