Family owned and operated by the Schoch family for over 100 years, Schoch Dairy is a farm that believes in sustainability. Their small herd of Jersey, Brown Swiss, and Holstein Cows have daily access to pasture and eat only locally grown hay and silage (fermented grass clover).

Decadent Creations specializes in weddings, cakes, pastries and pies. They’re a little neighborhood cake & cookie factory in Hillsboro, Oregon. Wild Rose Foods -Willamette Valley Organic Cheese
Wild Rose Foods is an independent company working to nurture a healthy, local food system conscious of its impact on others. Willamette Valley Cheese is Oregon’s only artisan organic cow’s milk cheese hand crafted in the traditional European style.
Bennett Coffee
Mark and Rene' Bennett Started Bennett Coffee Roasting Company in 2012. Always loving a good cup of coffee, Mark tried roasting his own coffee beans in a pan on the kitchen stove. Success! Requests for his delicious coffee started pouring in, moving him outdoors and roasting in a rotisserie basket on his BBQ.
All Bennett coffees are sourced from small growers that they have personally met, or from local importers that have visited the growers.
Oregon Heritage Farms
Founded in the early 80’s by father and son duo Phil and Robert McLennan, Oregon Heritage Farms grew into a grower, packer, shipper of premium apples in the Pacific Northwest. The orchard is now run by four generations.With 400 acres spread over four farms in Scholls, OR, Oregon Heritage Farms grows around 12 varieties of apples.
Sue Unger's Pies
Sue has been making homemade pies out of her country kitchen for over 50 years. She’s perfected the art of the crust, making her pies some of the best you’ve ever had! The Oregon Cottage Food Law allows farmers to prepare cooked baked goods in their un-certified kitchens, so these pies arrive at your doorstep fully baked and ready for your holiday party or a weekend at home.
