Kathy, the original owner of Unger Farms, continues her passion for growing during retirement by carefully tending a variety of culinary herbs and farm products.

Her selection includes fragrant Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Chives, Chocolate Mint, Basil, and Oregano — all grown with the same dedication and care that helped build the farm over generations.

In addition to her herbs, Kathy has opened a small farm stand in Cornelius featuring a variety of fresh farm products, offering the community a chance to enjoy locally grown goods directly from the source.
