Le Petit Jardin is a local Microgreen Farm growing the best organic microgreens since 2019. At Le Petit Jardin uses organic practices from start to finish. We grow and operate in a GAP certified Microgreen Grow Room that is climate controlled with an air filtration system that runs twice a day to clean the air. We use organic seeds sourced from American Farms. The soil is organic Pro-Mix and we also add Gia Green to add the precious minerals back to the soil.  We offer three varieties:

Spicy Mix: Contains Organic Broccoli Trio, Kale, Mustard, and Rainbow Radish. This microgreen mix has been a favorite since 2019. Great on a burger, wrap, eggs, and especially good as a salad all by itself. Clamshell container is made from 100% compostable material.

Broccoli Trio Mix: Contains Organic Waltham 29, Calabrese, and Purple Broccoli. Considering their tiny size, these super microgreens pack more nutrition than their full-grown counterparts. Broccoli microgreens are rich in nitrates and varies bioactive antioxidant compounds like carotenoids, polyphenols, and sulforaphane. Clamshell Container is 100% Compostable.

Mellow Mix: Contains Organic Broccoli Trio, Tokyo Bekana, Red Cabbage, and Kohlrabi. This mix is great for those who prefer less spice in their microgreens. This mix was designed to go on open faced sandwiches like avocado toast. Great in wraps, sushi rolls, and salads. Clamshell container is 100% compostable.
