Coho salmon, also known as Silver Salmon, has a mild, delicate flavor with a slightly sweet taste and a firm, yet tender, flaky texture. It's considered a leaner and lighter-flavored option compared to King salmon or Sockeye, making it a versatile choice for various cooking methods where its natural taste can shine.
