Wild Caught. Coho salmon, also known as Silver Salmon, has a mild, delicate flavor with a slightly sweet taste and a firm, yet tender, flaky texture. It's considered a leaner and lighter-flavored option compared to King salmon or Sockeye, making it a versatile choice for various cooking methods where its natural taste can shine. (6 oz frozen vac pack portion).

Wild Caught. Chinook salmon, also known as King salmon, tastes rich and buttery with a melt-in-your-mouth texture due to its high fat content. Its firm, velvety, and flaky flesh has a dense, moist quality, making it a favorite for its luxurious taste and versatility in simple dishes. Considered the "filet mignon of the sea," king salmon is flavorful and can stand up to grilling, roasting, and smoking without losing its distinct, exquisite appeal.  (6 oz frozen vac pack portion)
